Bishop Snyder High School is pleased to welcome you to the 1A Region 1 Track and Field Championships. The Danny Brown Track and Field Complex is an outstanding venue, featuring a rubberized 8-lane track with all field events contained within the track offering excellent viewing for all events.
Coaches Meeting 12:00pm at the Clerk of the Course tent behind the 100/110 starting line.

**For the horizontal field events, 3 throws each in the Prelims, 9 will go to Finals and receive an additional 3 throws. If there is a tie in the Prelims, both will go to Finals.

Athletic Trainers Will be available beginning at 12:00 in the red tent near the clerk's tent.
This is a postseason meet and postseason rules apply, without exception. Any jewelry (earrings, necklaces, rubber bands . . .) will first receive a warning and then disqualification. Excess celebration or profanity use is an automatic disqualification.
Excused Competitors A ten-minute time limit has been established by the games committee for excused field event competitors to compete in another event.
Scratched Competitors A contestant who is entered in an event in a state series meet on any level and is later scratched from that event will be disqualified from participating in all remaining events in the meet as well as the remainder of the state series.
Team areas are to be set up between scoreboard and visitor bleachers.
Warm up area will be the practice field adjacent to track complex
Entrance to track will be through clerks tent behind the 100/110 starting line. Come ready to race, no sweats on so athletes dont need to come back into track.
Exit is to right of finish line
No jumping of fences
Coaches or athletes not competing will not be allowed on the inside of the track, with the exception of pole vault coaches. The inside of the track complex will be kept clear for safety and smoothness running the meet.
