*Every runner needs a bib number, please submit all athletes!*

Official Time Schedule:
2:00pm = Packet Pick-up
2:30pm = Coaches Meeting @ the Timing Tent
3:00pm = Girls JV Race (unlimited runners, all grade levels)
3:45pm = Boys JV Race (unlimited runners, all grade levels)
4:30pm = Varsity Girls (up to 10 runners)
5:00pm = Varsity Boys (up to 10 runners)
5:30pm = Awards

GMAC Ground Rules and School Assignments 2016:
1. Cut Off Times for Race: 16:30. The cutoff point will be at the 1.55 mile marker after 16:30 minutes no runner will be allowed to continue. If the runners cannot finish the entire course in 35 minutes, they should not even start the race!
2. Chute Duty: Southridge, Coral Reef, Coral Gables, Central, and Dr. Krop will work the finish line.
3. Course Monitors Half Way Point Monitors; Sunset, Ronald Reagan-Doral, Miami Beach, and Coral Park must have one coach present at the 1.55 mile mark. If an athlete has not reached this half-way point by 16:30 minutes, they must be pulled off the course by these coaches.
4. Trail Buggy: Ferguson is in charge of the pace vehicle and the trail buggy that serves as the safety vehicle for the final runners on the course.
5. Starting Line and Finish Line: The GMAC, Ferguson, and Coral Reef are in charge of the official start and finish line of the race.
6. NEW: 10 Entries for Varsity races, Unlimited Entries for JV races: Please make sure every runner is registered online. Also, coaches/athletes must understand that the race is not completed until the race tag is given to an official at the end of the chute.
7. Starting Line Time: All teams will be called to the line 10 minutes before their race. Each team will send a representative to a captain's meeting to inform them of final instructions. The captains will return to their team box to inform their teammates of these final instructions.
8. Starting Line Issues: If a runner falls within the first 100 yards of the race, due to contact with another school, the starter will fire the gun again to recall the race.

SAFETY REMINDER:
*While safety is everyone's concern, please remember that it is the Head Coach's responsibility to ensure that their athletes can successfully run an entire race without stopping. The responsibility of the Meet Host is to provide proper medical care in an unforeseen circumstance. Please do not risk athlete injury by coaching carelessly. Also, please bring enough liquids to keep your athletes properly hydrated.

BUSES REMINDER:
*Please have all buses unload athletes in the parking lot, not on the street, as is being requested by Park Management. There have been safety concerns and this is a precautionary measure to help ensure safety. Thank you.
