This meet will be held by invitation only

Time Schedule:

2:30 Coachs Meeting (at the awning at Keller Fieldhouse)

Minimum marks will be determined for all Field Events at the meeting.
3 throws and jumps will be awarded each athlete in each of the field events.

2:45 Field Events (will be run as Finals)
Minimum marks will be determined for all field events at the meeting. 3 attempts will be allowed as finals in jumping and throwing events.

3:00 4 x 800m

4:30 3200m- Slow Heats

5:15 Prelims
110m Hurdles
100m Hurdles
300m IH

7:45 Finals (or 30 after last prelim)

Awards Presentation

Medals will be awarded for top 3 finishers in each event

Limit 3 athletes per running event, 3 athletes per field event.
Athletes may only be in the warm-up area. Athletes on the infield outside the warm-up area risk a DQ.
Athletes need to check in to all running events with the Clerk of the Course who will be located outside the chute.
All the times will be posted on the result boards located on the south side of the home stands, by the entry gate. We will also be running live results on the Halfmiletiming.com link.

All entries must be entered through FLRunners.com by March 20, 2017 by 11:59 pm. Look for the meet information under the calendar tab. A password will be sent to participating schools after payment for the meet has been received.

Bus Information (The following will be STRICTLY enforced)
All buses arriving will be able to access the track via Henry Street, by Deep Creek Community Church, and follow the parent pick up directions.
All buses will need to drop off athletes and proceed to the parking area adjacent to the soccer fields.

No Athletes in the home stands. All teams must be on the visitor side of the stadium and designated team areas.
