Registration
All Registration will be done through fl.milesplit.com. Registration will CLOSE SATURDAY APRIL 8th at 11:59PM. All athletes participating in the district meet must be entered by this time-No additions will be accepted after registration closes. All athletes entered must compete in that event (or at least start). Any athlete that does not participate in an event in which he/she is entered, will be scratched from all remaining events, including relays. Additionally, these athletes will forfeit any previous advancement from an event.

Advancement Rules:
The first 4 contestants in each individual event and the first 4 teams in each relay event will advance to the Regional Meet. All ties will be broken for advancing.
Field events:
The best 9 distances in each preliminary event (first 3 throws and jumps) will move on to finals for an additional 3 throws or jumps. Best mark from all 6 will be scored. All legal marks will be measured in Metric.
Preliminary Events:
The winner of each heat automatically makes the finals plus the next 7 fastest times up to 8 athletes per event.
Non-preliminary events:
All heats against time, the fastest 4 athletes will advance to the Regional Meet.
Awards:
The District Champion team will receive a trophy. The district champ from each event will receive a medal and places 2-8 will receive ribbons.
Concessions and Hospitality:
The concessions stand will be open throughout the day. There will be coach's hospitality food available with location to be announced at the coach's meeting.
Spectator Admission:
$6.00 as per FHSAA
