Deadline for entries is Saturday, March 3, 5 p.m.
First 12 teams.
Allowed 6 per sprint; field event; one relay per school.
If there is interest, we can run additional relays if does not slow down meet.
8 per event for 800, 1600, 3200.
For the 1600 = qualifying times are girls 6:45, boys 615.
For the 3200= qualifying times are girls 15:20, boys 12:40.
If your athlete goes over the qualifying times, the athlete will move to the outside lanes so we can start the next event. If your athletes are over the qualifying times, please run them in consolation. Their times will not go in official results if over qualifying time.
Medals for 1-3 places; will be awarded close to event completion and confirmation.

Admission fee:$2.00 per person or family of 4 or more of $8.00
Cost are being kept low to just try to cover some of the cost. Please encourage your fans to use the track concession.Parking out front. Gates around back leading to track area will be locked.

4:05 = 3200 Relays
After 3200 Relays will be the high hurdles followed by the consolation runs. The 800 consolation will run as one heat- boys and girls together. Then, the 1600 and 3200 consolation= these two will be run together(all girls and all boys). Have your athletes step off after four laps for 1600, etc. We will keep a clock going for 18 minutes.
Will wait until most field events are done before re-starting meet at the 100 meters.
Even if field events are not almost done, will start 100 meters no later than 5:45.
The order once resume is
100 Meters, 1600 Meters (with time limits as above), 400 relay. 400 Meters, 300 Hurdles, 800 Meters, 200 Meters, 3200 Meters (with time limits as above), 1600 Relay
