Coaches
We will be limiting the number of entries to 25 teams.
On behalf of the coaching staff at Spruce Creek HS you are cordially invited to attend our Tenth Annual Spruce Creek Invitational.
Entries for our meet are limited as follows:
100-400m including hurdles: 4/team
800-3000m-6 entrants per team
Relays- 2 per team, and both can score
Field Events: 4 entrants per school
For the 1500/3000 races YOU CAN CONVERT THEM PRIOR TO ENTRIES please convert correctly!
FAT Timing in all running events
ONLY PYRAMID SPIKES ALLOWED, NO PINS!!
Opening heights:
High Jump: 4'4" Girls, 5'04" Boys
Pole Vault: 6'0" Girls, 9'00" Boys
Officials: FHSAA Officiating staff
Minimum Standards:
Girls Long Jump-14-06.00 (All athletes get a mark)
Boys Long Jump- 18-0 (All athletes get a mark)
Girls Triple Jump- 28-0.0(All athletes get a mark)
Boys Triple Jump- 36-0 (All athletes get a mark)
Throws minimums will be announced at the coaches meeting.
THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONS MADE THE DAY OF THE MEET/ONLY SCRATCHES SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUENTER YOUR ATHLETES CORRECTLY

COACHES BUFFET DURING INTERMISSIONi
Based on the schedule the last event should end prior to 7:30PM. Awards will be given following completion of finals in each event. ALL FHSAA rules will be inforced by the meet officiating staff.
Team Trophies to top 3 teams!!!!
Team Trophies will be given out at end of competition, and will not be delivered to teams that leave early!!!
The cost is CHEAP $100.00/gender or $125/school.
