2018 Merritt Island XC Invite
The meet location is at beautiful Veterans Memorial Park (400 Sykes Creek Pkwy, Merritt Island 32952.) The park is located behind the Merritt Island Mall. We will present a Girls and Boys Champion plaque and the top 10 varsity medal awards. You may enter 10 athletes in the varsity girls/boys races and unlimited for JV races. If you have already entered more than 10 in the varsity races, please make the necessary corrections. You have until 7:00 pm on Wednesday, September 19 to update your team entries. Please park across the street at the mall.
Schedule (Rolling schedule)
7:00am Packet Pick-Up at finish line tent.
7:15am Coaches Meeting at finish line tent.
7:30am Varsity Girls (10 entries Max)
8:00am Varsity Boys (10 entries Max)
8:30am JV Girls & Boys (Report to the starting area.)
Awards Ceremony will take place after the JV race.
$75 single gender team/$125 combined (includes Girls, Boys & JV).
Teams must run at least 5 athletes on their varsity squad to be considered a team.
Admission to the meet and parking is free for spectators!
There is no refund for a postponed or cancelled meet due to weather.
