Meet Schedule:
3:00 pm Coaches meeting
3:30 4 x 800, Girls Shot Put, , Boys Disc (Girls disc and Boys shot follows at completion of those).
3:30 Boys Long Jump , Girls Triple Jump, Girls Pole Vault, Boys High Jump. After these are completed girls Long Jump, Boys Triple Jump, Boys Pole Vault, Girls High Jump.
4:00 Slow heat of 3200. Only the top 24 entries will run in seeded section in the finals. All others will run at 4:00 and will be officially FAT timed.
4:30 Consolation 1600. These athletes will not be entered on Flrunners and will not be FAT timed. These entries are after your 4 seeded entries in the 1600. All 1600 seeded entries will run in heats in the finals.
5:00 Finals 100/110H, 100, 1600, 4 x 100, 400, 300h, 800, 200, 3200, 4 x 400
