Coaches meeting at 3:30pm.
Field events and the 4X800m Relay will start at 4:00pm.
Long Jump, High Jump, Discus and Shot Put Only
Running events will start after the National Anthem.

Spikes are to be 1/4" pyramid or smaller.
Teams may enter 6 athletes per event with the exception of the 1600m and 3200m which will be unlimited.
Registration closes Monday evening at midnight.
