Running events as soon as possible, probably 4:30 or 5.
We are offering B race event entries in the 1600m, 100m, 400m and relays. Long jump will be open to B entries as well. B race entries will be run between field events and running events, except relays, which will report at start line but will not be scored. Only your varsity entries will be scored, however everyone will receive a time for these events. Javelin will be tried as an exhibition event if we have enough interest.

Awards: Trophies for team 1st place, Ribbons to 1-3 place finishers

Field Events: There will be 4 entries per team to be scored. You may enter 2 extra as "B event" competitors.
Running events: Please submit your top 4 for each event. There will be B races for the 1600, 100 and 400. Those runners participating in the "B" races will sign up at the event. Those times will not be recorded.
Relays: 1 per team. However, a "B" team can be entered for no score. Enter the team you want to be scored; those teams participating in the "B" races will sign up at the event.
NOTE:
Our track is asphalt, but our high jump is recently resurfaced, and the runways for jumping and pole vault are rubberized.
WE HAVE AN ASPHALT TRACK. THE MEET WILL BE ELECTRONICALLY TIMED. I REALIZE MANY OF YOU HAVE MEETS ON OUR WEEK BUT CONSIDER THOSE ATHLETES THAT YOU CANNOT TAKE TO THOSE EVENTS. OUR INVITATIONAL MEET WOULD BE A PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR THOSE ATHLETES TO COMPETE. WE WILL TAKE INDIVIDUAL ENTRIES AT A COST OF $5 PER PERSON UNDER 10 PEOPLE. THIS MEET INCLUDES A TRUE "SCRATCH MEETING" IN THE RUNNING EVENTS. WE WILL ADJUST THE HEAT SHEETS AT THE COACHING MEETING AND THEN PRINT NEW HEAT SHEETS. DURING FIELD EVENTS COPIES WILL BE MADE OF THE NEW HEAT SHEETS AND DISTRIBUTED.
