SCHEDULE:
3:30pm - Packet Pick-Up
4:35pm - Girls JV 5k
5:15pm - Boys JV 5k
5:50pm - Girls Open Varsity 5k (max 15 teams)
6:20pm - Boys Open Varisty 5k (max 15 teams)
6:45pm - Girls Elite Varsity 5k (max 15 teams)
7:10pm - Boys Elite Varsity 5k (max 15 teams)
TEAM LIMIT: Entry will be limited to the first 30 high school teams. Please email Kevin Curran at currank@bishopkenny.net for the password.
RACES: *The Elite race will host no more than the Top 15 seeded teams. Teams in the Elite and Varsity races will be able to field 10 runners. Only the top 5 runners will be scored, and only the top 7 runners will be counted for displacement in the team scores. The JV race is unlimited entry and starting positions will be on a first come first served basis. Depending on the number of athletes entered, wave starts may be used for the JV races.

AWARDS:
Plaques to the team winner & runner up of the six High School races. Ribbons and shirts to the top 20 Finishers in each of the six High School races.
ADMISSION: Revenues will benefit the Katie Caples Foundation. Tickets will be only sold online through a designated e-ticketing app. There will be NO cash at the gate tickets sold. Tickets will be limited and we ask that only the parents of athletes competing purchase tickets. Spectators will be required to wear masks at all times.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
- Coaches are required to take the temperatures and ask Covid-19 screening questions of all of their athletes prior to distributing bib numbers.
- Parents are asked
to arrive no more than 30 minutes prior to their child's race and to kindly
leave or wait in their cars once their child's race is completed.
- Masks are
required for all spectators and
athletes while in attendance. Athletes are allowed to remove their masks during
the warm-up, the race, and while cooling down.
- Team camps will
be pre-assigned and spaced. Spectators are NOT permitted in the team camp area,
the starting line, or the finish line.
- Athletes are
required to bring their own labeled water bottle(s) to the meet.
- Spectators are
encouraged to space out along the course. This race is a "two loop" course and
you will be able to see your son twice from anywhere on the course.
-There will not be
an awards ceremony. Awards will be announced on a rolling schedule and coaches
may pick up awards at any time.
