WINTER SPRINGS HIGH SCHOOL INVITATIONAL

Friday, September 18th

ATTENTION ALL PARENTS / SPECTATORS:  GO FAN Electric Ticket Only $5 adults and $3 kids.  With limited capacity make sure you purchase ASAP so you are able to attend and watch race.

-Schedule of Events

5:00pm - Boys Combined Race. The top half of schools will be staggered every other box for 5:00pm start, the second half of schools will be staged far behind them for their start 90 seconds later.  Times will be adjusted for all runners in second wave

5:30pm - Girls Combined Race. The top half of schools will be staggered every other box for 5:30pm start, the second half of schools will be staged far behind them for their start 90 seconds later.  Times will be adjusted for all runner in the second wave

-MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES BY COACHES, SPECTATORS AND ATHLETES WHEN NOT RUNNING.
-ALL TEAM TENTS MUST BE SEPARATED BY 15 FEET FROM OTHER GROUPS
-ALL SPECTATOR MUST PURCHASE ADMISSION TICKETS IN ADVANCE THROUGH ONLINE GO FAN SYSTEM


Entry Fees-

$150.00 per school (includes Boys and Girls J.V. and Varsity)

$75.00 per team (Per Single Team)

Championship and Runner-Up Trophies for the Varsity Divisions. Medals for places 1-3 and ribbons for places 4-25.

Ribbons for places 1-25 in the JV races

Registration will be held on FLR and the meet will be limited to 15 teams (no exceptions given)!

DUE TO RESTRICTIONS ALL SPECTATOR TICKETS MUST BE PRE PURCHASED ONLINE IN ADVANCE


Spectator fee will be $5 for ADULTS and $3 for school aged children. 
(Coaches please inform parents of this fee as failure to pay will result in removal from the meet)
ALL ATHLETES MUST HAVE UNIFORM ON BEFORE ENTERING THE PARK.



!!PARKING DIRECTIONS!!


There will be no team parking within the park. All team buses and car pools must park in front of the gym in the OJT lot.

Coming east off of 434: Make a right on Tuskawilla Rd. which leads you through Winter Springs Town Center. Once you enter into the town center you will take your third available left (Old Mill Rd.), follow this road past the football stadium, and continue on past the front of the school. The OJT lot is the last available parking lot on your right and will be labeled.

Coming west off of 434: Take a left off of 434 at Central winds drive and take the first right towards the school. You will then turn left into the bus loop and take yet another left into the parking lot. (I will put up lots of signs!)

There is no athlete drop off and any buses that try will be turned away at the gates.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING ALLOWED IN THE PARK.
