LCAC Conference Championship
Due to the
continuing uncertainty regarding
COVID,we have instituted the following protocols to be
in place for the Dunbar Tiger XC
Jamboree on 10-17 and LCAC on TBD
Responsibility
of Club Coaches
It will be the
responsibility of each coach to ensure that their athletes do not have a fever
or symptoms which will be specified on a given form to be signed.
We would ask that you each perform
temperature check on each athlete before boarding team bus - or whatever means
of travel team chooses.
Masks
We will always require all volunteers and
staff to wear masks inside the Race Facility.
All spectators must always wear masks inside
the Race Facility.
No Wave Start it will be a Normal XC Start with 10 in the Varsity race and larger boxes
Toilets
All
Porto-Potties will come equipped with Purell Hand sanitizer stations - and hand
washing "trough" stations. We ask that you bring your own sanitary wipes to
wipe down sets and surfaces of toilet if need be before and after use.
Awards
Top 10 will receive shirts at the
finish line to limit an award gathering at the end. Results will be posted online live so as to
keep crowding down in areas also.
Parking/ Entry / Fee
We will limit the event to 450 entrants (not including teams to that number). To
minimize risks for our entrants competing staff will be taking spectator
temperatures while still in their vehicle just prior to charging the $5 parking
fee per car (not per person or school bus/van).Anyone with a temperature over 100.4 the entire vehicle will not be
allowed into the venue.
Please bear in mind the cost of the awards and
additional sanitation extras with toilets, etc. etc. - a parking / entry fee of
$5 allows us to put on a first-class and safe event for all, and we appreciate
your patience.
