Meet Information

From my understanding, a lot of teams will not be able to travel to Pre-State this year so I'm willing to host a race on the same weekend to give athletes a chance to race. I will have a varsity race and JV race for both boys and girls

The only high schools teams from the following counties may compete: Lake, Seminole, Orange, Volusia, Polk, Osceola

ENTRY FEES: 

$125 per school for both varsity squads 

$75 per gender if only bringing one

NO charge for JV teams if attending with varsity team

*Only 10 runners allowed in the varsity race. JV is allowed unlimited 

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Please try to send fee ahead of time. Checks will be accepted at check in, but no packets will be given out if payment wasn't received ahead of time or check isn't brought with the coach. NO EXCEPTIONS

TENTS/WARM UP AREA:

Teams may set up in the middle of the bus loop or on the football field.  Coaches, please make sure tents are at a good distance from other tents. Warm up's may be done on the track.  

PARKING /ENTRANCE:

Buses will enter the bus loop and drop off athletes. Buses must leave and return when meet is over 

Parking for spectators will either park on the main campus (Off Warrior Road) or in the students parking lot (Off Beulah Road). They will then need to proceed to the entrance that is located behind the football stadium. 

Parking for handicap spectators will be available in the gravel parking lot behind the finish line shut. They will need to enter through the bus loop entrance 

*NO parents are able to drop there son/daughter off in the bus loop. Only buses are allowed to drop off in the bus loop. This is for safety concerns 

AWARDS:

Varsity: Team champion and runner-up trophies

Varsity Individuals: 1st-3rd place will receive medals, 4th-15th place will receive ribbons

JV Individual: 1st-3rd will receive medals, 4th-10th place will receive ribbons

DJ:

Live music will be played throughout the day for athletes
