There will be only one Wave teams for each race. Due to our timing restrictions we will keep as one start per race

5,000 Meter Course
The course has been wheeled measured (3x) and GPS (5x). It will start and finishes on the Football Field and be painted, marked, flagged in addition to volunteers helping with directions. The majority of the course is grass, dirt and track. It is two large loops, with the second lap turning to the track upon entering the school property (see course map).

SAFETY MEASURES
1. Mask mandatory at all times (except for those racing).
2. Social distancing (stay in your team area unless warming up or racing).
a. Racers required to wear masks until start of race.
3. Restroom Areas (remain 6 feet away while waiting).
4. Spectator stadium seating must practice social distancing (adhere to dots on stadium seats).
5. Family, friends, and spectators must stay away from Team Areas.
6. Parking will be in the main parking lot of the school. mile from track next to tennis and basketball court (see map).
7. Coaches Meeting be 5 minutes (social distancing enforced by cones).
8. Each Team camps must at least 10 feet away (designated areas).
9. No instructions at start line from official.
10. 2 Starting line waves (based on team times and requests).
11. Start line will open 10 min prior to start time.
12. Only athletes and coaches will be allowed at the start/finish line (inside football field and track).
13. No award ceremonies (provided after race).
14. Finish chute will be extended.
15. Athlete will be encourage to leave the finish area immediately.
16. Water cups at finish line.
17. Competitors must wear mask after they finish racing.
18. Upon conclusion of JV races; everyone will be required to depart.
19. Athletic Trainer located in the South in of Field.

Ribbons top 10 placers JV Boys/Girls (as you cross line)
Fee:
$125 per gender - $250 combined
