Metro West & East Conference Championship. This meet is only for Orange County Public Schools only. In case of bad weather, October 24th will be the make up date if needed

I understand that coaches don't want to send entry fee ahead off time because of last minute cancellations. I will accept entry fee at packet pick-up.
No Spectator fee, but donations are appreciated from parents at the gate, Let parents know coaches.
Coaches: 14 Runners will be allowed to run from each team/gender. No JV races. West will go before east. Schedule is below
Coaches Meeting: 7:00 AM
WEST Girls: 7:30 AM
WEST Boys: 8:00 A.M
EAST Girls: 8:30 A.M
EAST Boys: 9:00 A.M
Awards to Follow: Team trophy will be awarded to the West and East, 1st place individual from each gender will receive a medal, 2-10 individual finishers will receive ribbons
Buses: Buses will drop off athletes in the bus loop and will return when meet is over
Spectator Parking: Will park in the school/student parking lot, located alongside Warrior Road. Spectators will then need to walk behind the football stadium to the entrance. Handicap parking is available in the gravel parking lot behind the finish.
Team Tents: Team tents should be set up in the center of the bus loop
