Meet Information
Update: Spartan Invitational is on Feb 26th, 2021
Update Division 2 is for Adaptive athletes only
Registration will be on Directathletics Jan 30th
Heat sheets will be posted on www.mogotiming.com
COVID-19 Rules:
1. Only competing athletes and alternates are allowed to enter the facility
2. Always maintain 6ft distancing
3. Mask are worn always except during warmup and actual competition
4. Athletes are to remain with their team always unless competing
5. Please have hand sanitizer for your team
6. When first call is made for an event "only"...that group shall report. Ex: the girls for the 100m will report only. Once the last heat is set to go then the boys 100m will report.
7. Athletes and coaches "must" read the heat sheets and know what lane and heat/flight you are in.
8. Vertical jumps - athletes can bring their own tarp/covering to place on the mat
9. The mats will be sanitized between events
10. Implements are not to be shared if possible. If shared they must be cleaned between each athlete.
11. Field will be clear except for athletes that are competing
Javelin will not be contested
*There are 4 entries per individual event
*4 attempts in the field events except pole vault and High Jump
1.ENTRY must be submitted no later than Tuesday, February 23, 2020 by 12:00 P.M (noon) online (no updates will
be made after Feb 23rd)
2. Entries are made on DirectAthletics.
3. Virtual COACHES MEETING February 24th, 7pm
4.. This meet will be a timed final only from slowest to fastest 4. A map will be provided online for tent city
5. Stands are off limits per Dade County Parks and Rec
6.No Food will be sold on grounds including vendors per Dade County Parks and Rec.
7. Entry Fee: $150 per Boys Team & $150 per Girls Team. If less than 4 entries, then fee is $50 (4 considered a team)
8. Checks or Money Orders made payable to Miami Southridge High School
Please mail in checks by Feb 22nd.
9. Spartan Invitational Meet (NO PERSONAL CHECK - Cash is accepted).
Receipt will be issued upon packet pickup.
10. Spikes no longer than 1/8" will be permitted
11. Starting height for the pole vault will be 9'0"for boys, 6'0" for girls, the high jump 5'6" for boys, and 4'6" for the girls.
12. Top Jumper and Throwers will compete in first flights according to marks entered.

Girls Shot Put: 28-0 / 8.53m
Girls Long Jump: 15-0 / 4.57m
Girls Triple Jump: 28-0 / 8.53m
Boys Discus: 94-0 / 28.65m
Boys Shot Put: 38-0 / 11.58m
Boys Long Jump: 18-6 / 5.64m
Boys Triple Jump: 39-6 / 12.04m

C. Participants will be allowed four (4) jumps in the Long Jump and in the
Triple. Participants will be allowed four (4) throws in the Discus and in the Shot Put.
D. Meet timed by Mogo Timing.
