Times on Friday: Coaches Meeting 3:30pm; Alternates Race B/G; 4:00pm; Girls Varsity: 4:30pm; Boys Varsity: 5:00pm; Awards: 5:30pm; Entry Limits per School: Boys/Girls Alternate Race - Unlimited Entries, Girls Varsity - 7 Entries, Boys Varsity - 7 Entries, (Coaches may substitute any runner entered on Direct Athletics in the Varsity races subject to the maximum of 7 runners per gender) A school may not enter more than 7 runners in any varsity race per gender. Team subject to disqualification. Thursday October 23, 2008 - 4:00pm Course Tour/Workout.
