2021 Spring Break Invitational

Welcome to the Spring Break Invitational
All H.S. Teams must register their team via Directathletics.com.
Coaches Meeting (All information will be sent out in advance)
Facilities Track: 8 Lane Rekortan surface. 3/16 or 1/4 (5 or 7mm) pyramid spikes.
Mens and Womens Triple Jump and Long Jump will be run concurrently on side-by-side runways.
Javelin, Shot Put and Discus will be conducted on the Throws field which is North East of the Stadium, Area A. Three attempts!
Packet pick-up will be available at the South East Entrance of the stadium at area B at 7:00AM.
Each team will be supplied with athlete and coach wristbands which will be used to gain admittance to the meet. Athletes must be
wearing their wristband to compete.
Spectator Entry: Front of the Stadium $8 Admission
Throwing Implements All teams and athletes must provide their own implements.
Teams may put up canopies on the South side of the stadium on the grass in area C. Spaces will be pre-assigned. Each team will get a
24 X 12 team area. Teams will be separated by a 12 empty space. Please Social Distance!
To ensure a good meet, we ask that athletes remain clear of the infield at all times. A warm up field is available for their use.
Athletic trainers will be located on the northwest side of the stadium near area E.
Warm-Up Area is located south of the stadium area C near the team tents. Gatorade hydration stations will be set up at each Teams
tent area.
Athlete Staging is located in area D (near the start of the 200M) outside of the Southwest Gate of the stadium near the warm up field.
Track athletes are required to report to the staging area prior to the final call of their event. Hip numbers will be given out to all teams
in their packet for events 800M and up and must be placed on the left chest prior to entering the track for competition.
After being checked-in, athletes must remain in the staging area.
Athletes competing in more than one event simultaneously must check in/out with each official to avoid being scratched/disqualified.
Concessions: We will have concession.

Invitational.
Note: Only the athletes with a completed E-waiver will receive a wristband for admission and to compete at the Spring
Break Invite. The wristband must be worn for the duration of the meet. Team coaches will receive a wristband for
admission into stadium. The wristband must be worn for the duration of the meet.

All spectators (participants family/friends) will be required to purchase an admission ticket for entry.
Due to the current COVID-19 protocols at IMG Academy, IMG Academy Stadium has a maximum spectator capacity of
1400. It is strongly encouraged that spectators purchase the admission ticket prior to the event date, March 20, 2021. Only
those with a purchased admission ticket will be allowed access into the venue. While there is no enforced purchasing limit,
it is encouraged that spectators purchase a maximum of two (2) admission tickets. Admission tickets are $8, plus a $1
holding fee and 3% credit card fee. Once the event is sold out, those without an admission ticket will not be allowed access
into the venue. Admission tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

**Children under the age of five (5) will be allowed admission into the venue without the purchased admission
ticket.
Sales will begin March 8, 2021 at 12:00AM EST and conclude March 20, 2021 at 11:59PM EST.

Choose the number of admission tickets to purchase encouraged a maximum two (2). Note: A $1 hold fee and
a 3% credit card fee will be added to the total amount of each ticket.

Choose the preferred delivery method Receive via email or Print at home.
Enter contact and payment information.
Click Purchase.
A purchasing confirmation email with event specific details will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Shortly
thereafter, an email with the purchased admission ticket(s) will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Upon arrival to the Spring Break Invitational, the admission ticket will be scanned by Event Staff. An event
wristband will then be provided. The event wristband must always be worn to grant spectator access for the
duration of the meet, February 20, 2021. Please do not remove. Disclaimer: If an admission wristband is
lost/broken, return to the IMG Academy Stadium Box Office with documentation of the purchased admission
ticket to obtain a replacement.
All spectator bags will be thoroughly searched by Event Security prior to entry into IMG Academy Stadium and
accompanying sport fields.

Additionally, facial coverings will be required of all event staff, participants, and spectators for duration of the
Spring Break Invitational. This will be strictly enforced and those not adhering to this requirement will be asked
to leave the campus of IMG Academy. There will be the follow exceptions:
Participation in drills, warmups, and competition.
Coaching activity requiring clear communications (with social distancing).
Team meetings outdoors where social distancing is maintained.
Individual(s) with underlying medical conditions that prevent the use of facial coverings.
When socially distanced from all other event staff, participants, and spectators.
