*Every runner needs a bib number, please submit all athletes!*

Time Schedule:
Middle School (2.1 mile races):
10:00am = Coaches Meeting (by the timing tent)
10:30am = Girls JV Race (unlimited runners)
11:00am = Boys JV Race (unlimited runners)
11:30am = Girls Varsity Race (up to 10 runners)
12:00pm = Boys Varsity Race (up to 10 runners)
12:30pm = Awards Presentation
Cut-off = Excessive Walking / 12:00 at 1 mile
No 8th graders allowed in JV races

Team Awards:
Boys & Girls Champion and Runner-Up Trophies (JV and Varsity)

Individual Awards:
Medals awarded to the top 20 finishers for all races

MS rosters need to be typed and accompanied by PF1 pages.
A roster is needed for each MS race you are competing in.
(4 max: Girls JV, Boys JV, Girls Varsity, Boys Varsity)

*While safety is everyone's concern, please remember that it is the Head Coach's responsibility to ensure that their athletes can successfully run an entire race without stopping. The responsibility of the Meet Host is to provide proper medical care in an unforeseen circumstance. Please do not risk athlete injury by coaching carelessly. Also, please bring enough liquids to keep your athletes properly hydrated.

BUSES REMINDER:
*Please have all buses unload athletes in the parking lot, not on the street, as is being requested by Park Management. There have been safety concerns and this is a precautionary measure to help ensure safety. Thank you.
