Welcome To The West Orange High School Cross Country Distance Carnival On The Track

Event Date- This event will take place on Saturday, November 21st.

Event Location: West Orange High School Track Facility. 1625 Beulah Road, Winter Garden, FL, 34787

Cost: $20 per athlete. Please pay by credit/debit card only on GOfan. Either purchase ticket in advance or buy at check in tent. Coaches and parents are free

Parking/Entrance: You can either park in the student parking lot or in the bus loop.

Check in: Athletes will turn in $20 bucks and pick up racing number at the tent that will be located in the end zone on the far side

Schedule: Rolling Schedule

5:45PM

- Girl's 5k Over 20:30 and under 20:30 combined

- Boy's 5k Over 17:20

- Boy's 5k Under 17:20

-30 min intermission. Give athletes running 5k rest for the mile

- Girl's Mile Over 6:00

- Boy's Mile Over 5:00

- Girl's Mile Under 6:00

- Boy's Mile Under 5:00

All Races will be run under the lights on our brand new rubber track. Music will be played during each race. Only athletes and coaches will be permitted on the track and on infield

Open to High School, college, and Middle School runners

Coaches, please pay attention to the times/cutoffs for each division. Please only enter your athlete into the faster sections if they have ran that time or faster. Otherwise, please put them in the other sections. If I have a large number of entries, we will have heats.

All athletes will be running unattached. Each athlete will need to have a T-Shirt on or singlet of there choice. Coaches, you will either enter each athlete in the races under there High School or you can enter them as unattached, but all results will show them as unattached
