COVID-19 Rules:

1. Always maintain 6ft distancing

2. Athletes are to remain with their team always unless competing

3. Please have hand sanitizer for your team

4. Athletes and coaches"must"read the heat

sheets and know what lane and heat/flight you are in.

5. Vertical jumps - athletes can bring their own tarp/covering to

place on the mat

6. Implements are not to be shared if possible. If shared they

must be cleaned between each athlete.

7. Field will be clear except for athletes that are competing

Javelin and Discus contested in the practice field on the South

end of the school.

*There are 4 entries per individual event

*4 attempts in the field events except pole vault and High Jump

1.ENTRY must be submitted no later than Wednesday, February 23, 2022,

by 12:00 P.M (noon) online (no updates will be made after Feb 23^nd)

A 4x8 B team can be added but will not be scored. *****

2. Entries are made on DirectAthletics.

3.Virtual COACHES MEETINGFebruary 23rd, 7pm

4.. This meet will be a timed final only from slowest to fastest

5. A map will be provided online for tent city

6. Entry Fee: $150 per Boys Team & $150 per Girls Team. If

less than 4 entries, then fee is $50 (4 considered a team)

7. Checks or Money Orders made payable to Miami Southridge High

School

Please mail in checks by Feb 22^nd.

9. Spartan Invitational Meet (NO PERSONAL CHECK - Cash is

accepted).

Receipt willbe issued upon packet pickup.

10. Spikes no longer than 1/8" will be permitted

11. Starting height for the pole vault will be 9'0" for boys,

6'0" forgirls, the high jump 5'6" for boys, and

4'6" for the girls.

12. Top Jumper and Throwers will compete in first flights

according to marks entered.

Girls Discus: 77-0 / 23.47m

Girls Shot Put: 28-0 / 8.53m

Girls Long Jump: 15-0 / 4.57m

Girls Triple Jump: 28-0 / 8.53m

Boys Discus: 94-0 / 28.65m

Boys Shot Put: 38-0 / 11.58m

Boys Long Jump: 18-6 / 5.64m

Boys Triple Jump: 39-6 / 12.04m

B. Girls Triple Jump, Girls Discus, Boys Shot Put, Boys High Jump, Boys Long Jump, Boys Pole Vault

C. Participants will be allowed four (4) jumps in the Long Jump and in the Triple.Participants will be allowed four (4) throws in the Javelin,Discus and in the Shot Put.

D. Meet timed by Mogo Timing.
