This meet is for Ransom Everglades, Westminster Christian, Conchita Espinosa, American Heritage (Plantation), American Heritage (Boca Delray), Florida Christian, and Divine Savior.

Meet Registration:
Registration is on flrunners.
All entries are due by Monday, February 21st at 11:59pm

Entry Fee:
$100 per school ($50 per gender)
Checks payable to: Ransom Everglades School
Time Schedule:
3:00pm- Coaches Meeting
3:15pm- Field Events (Rolling Schedule)
Long Jump, High Jump, Shot Put, Discus
Masks must be worn at all times for field events. Social distancing of at least 6 feet at all times. Only 3 attempts. In throws, athletes or their coach, will retrieve their own implements.
3:30pm- Running Events (Rolling Schedule)
There will be no clerk of the course to avoid crowding. Heat Sheets will be provided to each coach to share with their athletes. All athletes will report directly to the starting line and should know their heat & lane prior to each race. Masks must be worn until athletes reach the starting line.
Order of Running Events:
100m hurdles
100m dash
1600m run
4x100m relay
400m dash
800m run
200m dash
4x400m relay
There is no clerk tent: For the 100m hurdles, 100m, and 200m, athletes will report directly to the lanes they are assigned at the start of their races. For the circular races (400m, 800m, 1600m, and 4x100m), athletes report to the infield near the 50 yard line to be escorted to lanes. Keep 6 feet apart at all times.
