Athletes Reporting
All calls will be made 20min, 15min and 10min before each event. Individual athletes need to report FIVE minutes before the scheduled start of their race. All relays need to report TEN minutes before the scheduled start of the race.
Coaches Area
You may have one coach inside the Coaches Box for each field event. The assigned referee may change the location of the Coaches Box if needed. Coaches may be in the outside perimeter of the track (but never on the track). More details from head official at coaches meeting.
