Time Schedule:
The Track will be open 3Pm to 7:00 PM
Gates to the stadium open at 8 am (for athletes & coaches) and 10:00 am for fans. We will be having a Timed Finals. Look at the
FHSAA schedule of events. Coaches meeting @10:30 in the visitor Field House (near 300 Hurdle Start line)
Admission:
7.00 for spectators

FHSAA State Series Passes will be accepted.
Regional Fee
$30 for schools with 3 participants and under
$60 for schools with 4 or more participants

Awards:
Top 3 individuals will receive medals in their event. Trophies for the Top 2 teams will be presented at the conclusion of the 4x400m Relay.
Implements:
All weigh-ins will be done between 9am-10:45am.
Implements that do not make weight will be kept until the end of the meet.
Athletes Check-in:
All running events will report to the clerk of the course by the start of the 100
meter dash closes to concession stand All field events will report to the official in that event.
1st calls will be made 30min before the start of each event.
After athletes check in for their event they may warm up in the middle of the field.
Warm-up Area:
Athletes may not warm up on the track until 11am.Field event warmups will
be done 30min before the start of each event. Once Javelin is complete athletes may use the football practice field to warm up.
Opening Height:
Will be determined by District results. Details will be given at the coaches meeting.

State Qualifiers:
Top 2 finishers in each event qualify automatically and then best 10times/marks from all regions combined will also move on to the State Meet.
