Arrival & General Information
Team Arrival: (Buses or Team Cars/Vans)
Buses and team vehicles will drop off participants on the South end of the parking lot, closest to the track and park in our bus lot behind the school.
Coaches & Athletes will enter through the West gate
Coaches & Athletes must have and wear bands at all times and will not be admitted without
For any athletes or coaches arriving later, YOU, THE HEAD COACH will be responsible for getting them their Bands for entry. NO ATHLETE WILL BE ADMITTED WITHOUT HIS OR HER Band. NO COACH WILL BE
ADMITTED WITHOUT A WRISTBAND ON HIS OR HER WRIST. Coaching wristbands will be given at the gate
Spectator Arrival
Parking
o There will be a $5.00 charge for spectator parking. Spectator parking will be prepaid through GoFan. Heres the link:

o Spectator parking will be on the South end of our school parking lot, closest to the track. Because this is an event that is taking place during regular school hours, we are diverting student parking to an alternative location. Spectators who arrive before 2:20pm must park in the allotted spaces.
o Any arrivals between 2:00pm - 2:30pm will experience delays due to dismissal. Tickets

Other
Team Tents will be located on the upper field, this will be labeled, tents will not be placed inside of the stadium.
There will be trash cans and garbage bags so the area should be easy to keep clean. The entrance to the track will be through the clerk (check in table by the far scoreboard No on will be on the infield unless they enter through the clerk table.
Athletes must stay in the designated areas, if an athlete is found in areas of the school they are not meant to be, they will be handled by our SROs as trespassers. (Coaches please make sure your athletes understand)
