9:30am = Coaches Meeting (by the timing tent)
10:00am = Girls JV Race (unlimited runners; no 8th graders)
10:30am = Boys JV Race (unlimited runners; no 8th graders)
11:00am = Girls Varsity Race (up to 10 runners)
11:30am = Boys Varsity Race (up to 10 runners)
12:00pm = Awards Presentation
Cut-off = Excessive Walking / 12:00 at 1 mile
No 8th graders allowed in JV races
High School (5k races):
2:00pm = Coaches Meeting (by the timing tent)
2:30pm = Girls JV Race (unlimited runners)
3:10pm = Boys JV Race (unlimited runners)
3:45pm = Girls Open Varsity Race (up to 10 runners)
4:25pm = Boys Open Varsity Race (up to 10 runners)
5:00pm = Girls Invitational Varsity Race (up to 10 runners)
5:30pm = Boys Invitational Varsity Race (up to 10 runners)
6:00pm = Awards Presentation (Top 10 Individuals and Team Awards)
Cut-off = Walking / Girls at 16:00 at 1.55m mark / Boys at 14:00 at 1.55m mark
Note: An athlete who runs MS cannot also run HS
Team Awards:
Trophies for Top 3 Teams (for all MS and HS divisions)
Individual Awards: (for all MS and HS divisions)
Plaques for each individual champion
Medals for 2nd thru 20th place finishers
(Finishers 11th-20th will receive their medals in the finish chute)
M-DCPS MS Roster Forms:
MS rosters need to be typed and accompanied by PF1 pages.
A roster is needed for each MS race you are competing in.

*While safety is everyone's concern, please remember that it is the Head Coach's responsibility to ensure that their athletes can successfully run an entire race without stopping. The responsibility of the Meet Host is to provide proper medical care in an unforeseen circumstance. Please do not risk athlete injury by coaching carelessly. Also, please bring enough liquids to keep your athletes properly hydrated.
BUSES REMINDER:
*Please have all buses unload athletes in the parking lot, not on the street, as is being requested by Park Management. There have been safety concerns and this is a precautionary measure to help ensure safety. Thank you.

MEDICAL VERIFICATION AND CONSENT. We, the parent(s), guardian(s) and contestant attest that the contestant is physically able and has sufficiently trained for the competition and that contestant's physical condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor, and we consent to the provision of any needed medical treatment for the contestant at our expense without further written or verbal authorization.
CONSENT FOR MEDIA PRODUCTIONS. We, the parent(s), guardian(s) and contestant, hereby grant full consent to the JOBC for the free use of contestant's picture or name in any broadcast, telecast or other account of any of the JOBC practices, events and travel, for any purpose whatsoever
By completing the registration, you agree that you have read, understood and will abide with the tournament regulations as set forth in this form.
