Event: FHSAA 4A District 1 Cross Country Championships (10/22/22) at Apalachee Regional Park (ARP) hosted by Lawton Chiles High School.

Friday: The course will be open from 3:00 - 7:00 for Preview
Packet pick up is from 4:00 - 6:00. Athletes will need to show their bib numbers to receive free admission. There will also be four coaches passes per team (or two per gender).
Event admission: $6.00 per person (not including athletes, coaches, and children under 5 years of age)

Saturday:
6:30 AM: Parking lots open
7:00 AM: Coaches meeting (by the stage)
8:00 AM: Boys 5k
8:30 AM: Girls 5k
9:15 AM: Awards
Trophies will be given to the team winners and runner ups for each gender, as well as the top 20 individual finishers per gender.
Timing Company - Miles and Minutes
Meet medical: EMS services and an Athletic Trainer will be on site and near finish area. EMS cart will follow athletes during race. Some water will be available at finish line. Be sure to bring plenty of water/fluids for athletes post-race.
