Welcome to the 2023 LPCC North South Invitational Track Meet. Please review the following procedures and feel free to contact us with any questions or comments. We look forward to seeing you all very soon!
Meet Dates:
Wednesday 3/1 @ Clearwater Central Catholic - entries due 2/27 by 11pm
All Entries must be submitted on www.flrunners.com Athletes must be in grades 5-8 to participate. For help with registration, Chris Sumner with Miles and Minutes, LLC at LFCSumner3@gmail.com
3:15 pm Coaches Meeting
3:25 pm National Anthem& Prayer
3:30 pm Running events will begin
100 meter Dash
1600 meter Run
4 x 100 meter Relay
400 meter Dash
Sprint Medley Relay
(100-100-200-400)
800 meter Run
200 meter Dash
4 x 400 meter Relay
Awards Ceremony
*In an effort to protect the rubber track surface, please be sure that athletes are using 3/16th inch pyramid or needle spikes or shorter.
*Athletes must be in grades 5-8 to participate in this 2023 L.P.C.C. North South Invitational Track Meet
*Please limit your entries in the all events to 2 per gender and 2 relay teams. (Boys/Girls)
*Top 24 times entered in the 800 and mile will compete. (Boys/Girls)
*Athletes may participate in 4 total events. No stipulations.
*Check in for all running events will be at the start of that event
*Only athletes and coaches working the meet will be allowed on the infield.
*Ribbons for top 8 in each event will be available for pick up at the end of the meet.
*Team champion trophy presentation following the Girls 4x400 Relay.
*Results will be posted online at fl.milesplit.com
Entry Fee - $100 per school to cover timing and awards.

Gate Fee- $2 for adults. Concession stand is also available.
