This is not an open meet.
This meet is only for Norland, Miami Springs, North Miami, Central, North Miami Beach, Somerset (South Homestead), Somerset (North Lauderdale), and Miami Palmetto only.

Entries: 4 entries / 1 relay per event
General Admission:
$5.00 Entry Gofan (link coming soon)
Athletes in full uniform (top and bottom) will be admitted without charge.
Coaches and Managers must be in uniform and come with the team.
NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Entry Fee:
$75 per gender team / $150 for both gender teams
Make checks payable to Miami Norland Senior High, no team will participate without entry fees being paid in advance.

12:45pm - Coaches Meeting
1:00pm - Field Events (Discus will not be contested)
1:00pm- Running Events (Rolling schedule)
