This meet is only for Norland, Palmetto, Coral Gables, Cutler Bay, MAST Academy, Mourning, Somerset (North Lauderdale), Hialeah, and Central only.

Entries: 4 entries per event / 2 relays ("B" teams non-scoring)
General Admission:
$5.00 Entry GoFan
Athletes in full uniform (top and bottom) will be admitted without charge.
Coaches and Managers must be in uniform and come with the team.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
Entry Fee:
$75 per gender team / $150 for both gender teams
Make checks payable to Miami Norland Senior High, no team will participate without entry fees being paid in advance.
Time Schedule:
12:45pm - Coaches Meeting
1:00pm - Field Events (No Discus or Pole Vault)
1:00pm- Running Events (Rolling schedule)
