SPRING BREAK POP UP MEET (MS)
Session one - Field Events -
9 am start time Triple Jump followed by Long Jump
Javelin followed by Shot Put
Only above field will be contested and given 6 jumps/6 throws
12:00pm Gates Open for Session Two all events will be MS followed by HS; females followed by male)
1:00pm - 1600m Run
1:20pm - 200m Hurdles (MS ONLY)
1:45pm - 400m Hurdles
2:00pm - 4x100m Relay
2:20pm - 400m Dash
2:45pm - 800m Run
3:05pm - 100m/110m Hurdles Round 1
3:30pm - 100m Dash Round 1
4:15pm - 200m Dash
5:00pm - 3200m Run
