Registration will be on Direct Athletics for HIGH SCHOOL.

Entry fee: Middle School- $100 or $50/gender. Unattached will be $10/person
High School: $150 or $75/gender. No unattached runner allowed for high school.
BUSES: Please have BUSES ONLY park in the bus loop off from Photonics Drive near the YMCA.
There will be a volunteer at the entrance, so NO CARS go into the BUS LOOP.
PARKING FEE: Please tell your parents/spectators: there will be a $5 per car fee..Please bring $5 bills so we do not have to make so much change!
PARKING: Parent/spectators/COACHES/non-buses will be entering at 2323 Little Road. Volunteers will tell where to park in the parking lot and collecting the $5 fee.
COURSE: The course STARTs near the bus loop, runs around the perimeter of the field, into the Mitchell campus road/parking lot, behind the baseball softball fields, across the track and then makes another loop.The FINISH is on the track. A map will be provided to you when you pick up your bibs/chips/shoe tags. There will be a lead vehicle.
TENTS/TEAM AREA: Anywhere near the weight room, bus loop, near concessions stand area.
RESTROOMS: at the concessions stand at the Track.
PACKET PICKUP/DROP OFF: Please pick up and drop off the packets/shoe tags at the CONCESSION stand at the TRACK.
TIME SCHEDULE:
6:00a.m.- Gates open
6:45a.m.- Middle School Coaches meeting at the Finish line on the track.
7:15a.m. Middle school BOYS race
7:25a.m.- Middle school GIRLS race
7:00a.m.- High School Coaches Meeting at Finish Line on the TRACK
7:45a.m.- BOYS Varsity
8:15a.m.- GIRLS Varsity
8:50a.m.- BOYS J.V.
8:52a.m.- GIRLS J.V.
AWARDS: After the J.V. Girls race is complete in the home bleachers at the track.
Middle School: 1-10 medals. 11-20 get ribbons.
Varsity Races: 1-15 medals. 16-30 get ribbons.
JV Races: 1-15 get ribbons
Team trophy:
Middle school for 1st place
High School: 1st place VARSITY and 2nd place runner up.
