The Bay Conference Championships were run on Thursday, Oct. 26 at Lake
Seminole Park. Course still had a lot of turns, but shortened by 80 meters
due to
slow times last week at Keswick Invitational. First mile all grass and some
hills,
last two miles some grass but mostly asphatl and flat.
