ENTRY: Enter online at www.directathletics.com No later than Thursday, March 28, 2024 by 9:00 PM CST One relay team per school 4  participants in individual events Unlimited entries for the open 1600 3200 limited to 4 entries

SCORING: All events: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 All events scored as relays - need at least two in events to score as a Relay (hurdles, jumps, throws, 2 mile)

AWARDS: Trophies for 1st & 2nd place team Medals for 1st - 3rd

10:00 A.M. 4 x 1600 relay

Jumping events & shot put Girls Pole Vault then Boys Pole Vault Boys High Jump then Girls High Jump Girls Long jump followed by triple jump Boys Long jump followed by triple jump Girls (left ring) and Boys (right ring) shot put

11:00 am Boys Javelin (best flight first) girls discus (best flight last)

12:00 NOON Boys Discus (best flight first) girls javelin (best flight last)

12:00 NOON Rolling Schedule

100/110 hurdles - must have 2 to score as a relay

4 x 100 Relay

Distance Medley (800-400-1200-1600)

400 Hurdle Finals- must have 2 to score as a relay

Mile Medley (200, 200, 400, 800)

Open 1600 girls & boys no points

4 x 200 Relay

4 x 800 Relay

Fatman/Coaches Relay (relay team must include at least 3 throwers the other can be a coach or another field event athlete- this is for fun NOT points!!)

Sprint medley (100, 100, 200, 400)

3200 meter run (you may submit 4 athletes for this event - need 2 to score )

4 x 400 Relay
