Important information

for the 49th Annual MDCA Cross Country Invitational

The course is 50% asphalt and 50% grass. There are quite a

few hills and it is viewer friendly. It is a challenge, but a great run.

Timing-

There will be automatic timing. After the meet, there will

be printed results and the results will be uploaded

Parking-

Buses will park in the grass lot next to the gymnasium. All

cars will be directed into various parking lots by meet volunteers and members

of our security team. There is a grass lot above the stadium and also a lot at

the bottom of the stadium that will be used for spectator parking. Overflow

parking will be at the gymnasium lot. If

you arrive after 7:30AM, you must park at the gym lot and walk to the stadium

because the roads will be closed for early races.

Tents-

Tents will be set up on the grass lot directly inside the

main gate of the stadium or on the hill next to the stadium. Tent spots are

first come first serve.

6:30AM Course opens

6:30AM Spectator Gates open

7:15AM Coaches Meeting

8:00AM Varsity girls race

8:35AM Varsity boys race

9:05AM JV combined race

9:45AM MS combined race

10:20AM Awards



 

Awards-

Medals will be given to the top 10 individuals in each of

the varsity races & ribbons will be given out to the top 10 JV/MS boys and

top 10 JV/MS girls.

First place and runner up trophies will be given out for

both genders in the Varsity race

Payments-

All checks must be received on the day of the meet. Please

hand the check to the meet director, Megan Ziegelhofer at the coaches meeting.

Entry Fees-

     $150.00

per HS Gender or $275.00 for both

JV included in HS Fee

     $75.00

per MS Gender open 3k or $50.00 for both

Ticketing & Concession information-

     $7.00 Admission fee for

everyone age 5 and up

     All ticket gates are CASHLESS. You may

purchase tickets in advance on the app or in person at the gate with a debit

card, credit card, or any type of tap payment method.

     Tickets are available to

pre purchase on the S2 Pass app or at https://fans.s2pass.com/events

We will have

concessions available with breakfast items, coffee, candy, chips, and drinks.

Cash, credit card, or Apple Pay will be accepted.
