The Land O' Lakes HS Cross Country program invites you and your teams to the 2022 Gator "Keppel" Invitational on Saturday, October 1st at Crews Lake Park.



Entry Fee: $150 per school or $75 per team (boys, girls), JV included

Varsity Girls - 8am (Top 7)

Varsity Boys - 8:35 (Top 7)

Course Description:

The 5K course will begin and end in the athletic field in the center of the park and will be run in a clockwise direction. It will feature roughly 50% paved roads and paved bike path, and 50% grass and mulched trails. The two loop course will be fun and challenging, and spectator friendly.



Parking:

Cars/Buses will be directed by our volunteers on where to park. Please listen to them. If you need to leave before the end of the meet, just let them know and they will have you park by the entrance of the park so it doesn't disrupt the meet or compromise the safety of the runners.
We understand that some people cannot stay the whole meet and that is fine, please just encourage those parents to park by the entrance.

Disposable Bibs through ASP

Entries:

You must enter ALL athletes who will be running, including JV runners

Entries must be added by Monday, Sept 26th at 11:59pm
