Teams are allowed 4 individuals or 2 relays per event.
"B" team relays will be timed but are non-scoring.
Entry Fee:
$100 per school ($50 per gender)
Checks made out to: Miami Northwestern HS
Please bring your check to the meet.
Time Schedule:
8:30am- Coaches Meeting by the timing tent
9:00am- 4x800m Relay
9:00am- Start of Field Events
Fields events: High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, Discus
~12:00pm- Start of Running Events
Running event order: 1600m, 100m, 400m, 4x100m, 800m, 200m, 4x400m
Awards: (per gender)
Team Champion & Runner-up Trophies
Medals for top three individuals per event
Most Outstanding individual performer award
