When: FRIDAY, March 27, 2026, beginning at 12:30 with the coaches meeting.
Team trophies will be awarded for 1 st , 2 nd , and 3 rd place in each of the four divisions.
If a situation comes up during the meet, we will rely on the FHSAA and the National rule book for any rule
interpretations.
Because we are using electronic timing and entries, you must enter your teams via the FLORIDA
OUTDOOR MEET CALENDAR website. Entries MUST be electronically entered at that website no later

Our timing company for the meet is ASP Timing and Events.
An entry fee of $300.00 per SCHOOL (not per team) is requested to offset the cost of ribbons and
trophies, and the electronic timing. Please make checks payable to Blessed Trinity and you may mail them in or deliver them on the day of the meet. THIS ENTRY FEE IS DUE THE DAY OF THE MEET!

Ribbons will be awarded to the top SIX (6) finishers in each event and division, with SCORING
based on 7-5-4-3-2-1 for INDIVIDUAL events and 10-8-6-4-2-1 FOR THE RELAYS. In the event of a tie for
trophy places, a runoff between coaches will ensue (or a substitute if need be), so get in shape!

Please be aware that a contestant may enter THREE (3) running events (including relays) and
ONE (1) field event. Also, each school may enter up to THREE (3) participants in each event.
We are asking that buses and cars attempt to park on the old baseball (soccer) field adjacent to
the field so that all can enjoy the meet.

There will be a $5.00 admission. THIS WILL BE CASH ONLY.
All spectators and participants should remain off the track and infield area and behind the upper
level fence once the field events are over unless they are participating in an event. We are also advising
that Coaches only run the field events and that video recordings will NOT be admissible as evidence if a
situation should happen to come up.

In the open 400 run, depending on the number of entrants, we may use the NASCAR lineup (at the JV
level only) where we assign 2 runners to a lane on a 200 stagger and then a cut-in at the 200 start on
the far side of the track. Again, we may use the NASCAR for the JV level ONLY with regular 400 (one to
a lane) for the Varsity level.

Finally, teams should make an effort to have the same color tops (the brighter the better!). The
PA system (announcer-thats me!) should provide with all the information you need to know. Have a
