Octavious Freeman was a surprise entry into the low key, yet stacked with elites in training, NTC Stars meet at Clermont. She registered just that morning and did not disappoint. She defeated a field of world class athletes, running a wind legal 11.16. This follows her wind-aided 11.11 last week and places her second on the all-time wind-legal list for Florida high schoolers behind Chandra Cheesborough's 11.13 from 1976.
