(Four athletes per individual event and One Relay Team per event)

Rules: The rule for the FHSAA will be followed in all cases.

Scoring: All events: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

Awards: Trophies-1st and 2nd place team
Medals: 1st thru 3rd place

*Consolation race will be held in the 1600 for all athletes who do not qualify for the evening race. The top 20 seeds in the 1600m will compete in the evening race. Coaches make sure you look at the meet schedule and inform your athletes which race they will be in. Athletes CAN SCORE points from the Consolation Race.
