Tamari Davis has been setting records on the track since she was nine years old. As a 14 year old, she set the world record in her age group for 200 meters, winning the prestigious Prefontaine high school race in a time of 23.21. In 2018, she set indoor national records at 60m (7.30) and 200m (23.21). Now a freshman at Gainesville HS the outdoor season is just starting to unravel. Over the next ten weeks, we will follow Davis and share her training log from Coach Gary Evans exclusively with our audience.
