Miami Northwestern Jr. Tywan Cox ran a FL #1 45.76 400m at the GMAC Championships.  His time is not only a new FL #1 this season but puts him at #5 All-Time in the 400m in Florida.  It is also a US #3.  Cox is having an outstanding season and is proving himself to be one of the nations top 400m Runners.  His only loss in the 400 this season is to Bullis School's So. Quincy Wilson at the Florida Relays.  Wilson ran a 45.19.  Cox was 2nd in 46.42.
