The high school track and field season is just heating up, but we thought we'd have a little fun. We know everyone loves some rankings. We decided to break it down by class and see who the leaders in each event were. Want to know who the one to beat is and where you stack up? Take a look. (Rankings are as of 3/5/2013)



Lake Mary junior Erica Sargeant is the 4A leader in the pole vault. Sargeant went 12-6 recently at the Lake Brantley Invitational. She is the reigning state champion in 4A.

Colonial senior Andres Arroyo has already dropped some very fast times that rank him not just in the state, but nationally as well. Arroyo leads 4A in both the 1600 and 3200 meters and is the reigning state champion in both events.
