The Trinity Prep boys cross country team is looking for their fifth state championship in school history. We recently headed out to the school for one of their favorite workouts the two-man ten mile relay (20x400). See where coach Ken Vinal got the idea, the reasoning behind the workout, and how the athletes fared in this featured workout video.

The Workout:

  • One Mile Warm Up
  • Two-man Ten Mile Relay (20x400) - Other man's time is your rest (72-76 seconds)
  • One Mile Cool Down
