Hernando High School sophomore Trevor Foley is pumped for the upcoming track season. Foley shared with us his latest workout which he called a "strength and speed workout" which consisted of a 1600, 1200, 1000, 800, and 400 with 90 seconds rest.
The Workout: (90 seconds rest in between each)
1600: Goal- 5:10, Actual Time -5:09
1200: Goal - 3:45, Actual Time - 3:43
1000: Goal - 3:00, Actual Time - 2:59
800: Goal - 2:17, Actual Time - 2:17
400: Goal - 60s, Actual Time - :59
Foley had this to say after the workout
"It was a great workout. It got pretty hard at the end though because of the short breaks."
