Schools in Pinellas County will start their 2016 season at the Early Bird Eagle Invitational hosted by East Lake High School. The meet, which will be held at Clearwater HS, due a new track being put in at East Lake, will welcome nearly two dozen teams! Cieanna Nichols of East Lake (pictured above) is the top seed in the 200 and 400. She won the 100,200 and was the runner-up in the long jump last year. She looks to score some valuable points for the Eagles, while sprinter Terrence Ware plans on playing a huge role in Lakewood's quest for a team trophy.
