LIVE MEET RESULTS
Bolles Bulldog Classic Set to Deliver One of the Season's Best Showdowns
The Bolles Bulldog Classic is shaping up to be one of the premier meets of the season, loaded with top sprint talent, deep distance fields, and multiple state-ranked athletes across the board. The Invitational races are scheduled to begin at 4:00 PM today. If everyone runs as scheduled, it will be a showcase of some of Florida's top competitors.

Distance Races Headline the Meet
Once again, the spotlight will shine brightest on the distance events - particularly the powerhouse squad from Belen Jesuit.
The Boys 1600 meters features six runners under 4:20, led byone of the top distance talents in the nation, Marcelo Mantecon (4:06.86). The Belen junior will be joined by teammates Armando Cruz (4:13.75) and Jack Michalak (4:17.90). They'll be challenged by Richmond Hill's Eddie Howell (4:16.00), Buchholz senior Davis Garrett (4:16.65), and Creekside's Jackson Lafser (4:17.49).
If that race isn't enough, the Boys 3200 meters could be the highlight of the entire meet. Thirteen athletes have dipped under 9:25, led by Mantecon's 8:49.99. Cruz (9:07.25) and Chiles senior Joshua Hicks (9:07.17) headline a loaded field that includes multiple Providence standouts and Ponte Vedra's Miles Wicks (9:22.40). If all entrants toe the line, this could be one of the fastest 3,200m's in the state this season.
The Boys 800 meters adds even more depth, with 14 runners under 2:00. Belen once again leads the charge with Cruz (1:53.85), Mantecon (1:53.94), and Michalak (1:54.40), while Wicks (1:54.86) gives Ponte Vedra a strong contender.
On the girls' side, the 1600 meters is stacked with nine runners under 5:10. Bartram Trail freshman Avery Hartley (5:00.40) leads the field, with Creekside senior Sarah Rose (5:02.95) and Bolles senior Charlotte Joseph (5:05.77) close behind. The depth of the field should make this a tactical and competitive race with several girls dipping under 5:00.
Hartley doubles back in the 3200 meters, where she owns a 10:53.95 best in a field that includes four runners under 11:10.

Sprint Showdowns Across the Board
The sprints are equally loaded.
In the Boys 100 meters, Lincoln boasts a fast duo in Kabran Paul (10:44) and Trevor Jacobs (10.63). They'll have company from Benedictine's Stanley Smart Jr. (10.63) and Palatka's Kedric Wright Jr. (10.64) in what could be a tight finish.
The Girls 100 meters features three sub-12.00 contenders: Mandarin's Kyla Skinner (11.92), Bishop Snyder's Kalia Bing (11.94), and Lincoln's Breana Carter (12.17).
Lincoln's sprint strength extends to the 4x100 relay, where their 40.80 entry time gives them a slight edge over Bolles (40.94). With Jacobs, Paul, and Anthony Vail in the lineup, Lincoln could be chasing a season-best performance.
The Boys 200 meters is arguably one of the deepest sprint races of the meet. Lincoln senior Jadon Buckles (21.38) leads a field loaded with sub-22 talent, including Stanley Smart Jr. (21.76), Ty Tyson (21.90), Trevor Jacobs (21.86), and Jordan Haymon (21.90).
On the girls' side, the 200 meters will feature Bolles sophomore Bella Graham (24.73) and Fletcher senior Zyaire Thomas (24.90), while Thomas also returns in the 400 meters with a field-leading 53.24. She'll face Skinner (54.88) and a strong Richmond Hill contingent.
The Boys 400 meters promises a tight race as Richmond Hill's Jayden Taylor (47.35), Flagler Palm Coast's Jordan Haymon (47.74), and Palatka's Wright (47.89) all enter within half a second of one another.

Hurdles and Field Events to Watch
The Boys 110m Hurdles brings together Richmond Hill's Timothy Alston (14.01), Lincoln's Anthony Vail (14.34), and Tocoi Creek's Jacob Froehlich (14.69).
Vail will also double back in the 400m hurdles, where Belen's Carlos Rodriguez-Novoa (55.34) and Fleming Island's Avery Savage (55.90) headline a competitive field.
In the field events, the Girls Pole Vault features a tie for Florida No. 1, as Bolles senior Sienna Starks and Nease senior Selena Gregory both enter at 3.80m. The two know each other, and if the weather cooperates, we may see the two push each other over a 3.10m.
Bolles senior Terrell McCoy (45.15m) leads the Girls Discus, and has a 40.37 toss this year that has her currently sitting at FL No. 5.
The Bolles Bulldog Classic has all the ingredients of a marquee mid-season showdown. With Belen Prep's distance squad chasing fast times, Lincoln's sprinters aiming to dominate, and multiple state-ranked athletes scattered throughout the entries, expect big marks and possibly a few breakthrough performances.
