Two of Palatka High School's fastest athletes signed their way to programs in Tallahassee. The nation's top ranked 100m sprinter Katia Seymour picked FSU over a host of schools while teammate and fellow sprinter Steven Simmons chose Florida A&M. We caught up with both Katia and Steven to learn more about their college decisions.
