Bolles Boys and Girls Dominate At Spikes and Spurs Classic

The Bolles boys and girls cross country teams took home the team titles at the Spikes and Spurs Classic.

Boys Race:

Chase Condra, a senior out of Peachtree Ridge High School in Suwanee, Ga, took home the individual boys win in a time of 15:44.

Condra was followed closely by Benjamin Foltz and Rheinhardt Harrison.

After his stellar AAU season, Harrison was the only freshman in the top 20 of the race. With a 1:57 800m, 9:06 3000m, and 4:13 1500m, we can expect to see more top finishes from the Nease freshman throughout the season.

Benjamin Foltz ran a time of 16:02 to lead the Bolles boys to the team victory. Chase Rivera (16:23), Alexander Hastings (16:27), and Kamren Khan (16:47) joined Foltz to give the bulldogs the win.

Girls Race:

Ashley Klingenberg, out of Lake Brantley, won the girls race in a time of 19:06, a 12 second steady improvement from her season opener last week. Klingenberg was followed by Elizabeth Iliff and Maeve O'Riordan.

Maeve O'Riordan led the Bolles girls with a time of 19:36, almost 30 seconds faster than her season opener last year.

Bolles had their five girls in the top 12, sub 20:10, and 3 of them are eighth graders. Elizabeth Csikai (20:01), Jillian Candelino (20:04), Maxine Montoya (20:05), and Ella Mickler (20:08) all joined O'Riordan to capture the team victory, talk about great teamwork!
